Description

Some IRC links are handled incorrectly. For example, irc://irc.gentoo.org/gentoo-mirrors (on http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/source_mirrors.xml) fails to join to #gentoo-mirrors channel. It tries joining gentoo-mirrors instead and fails since there is no such channel. Manually joining to that channel works.
