"Like Chromium" means to combine search panel and URL panel into the single widget. When you type something like "google Leechcraft" in the address bar a pop-up menu must be shown with possible results from Google.

There was a plugin for something like that from maksbotan at gentoo@cgr, but it seems to be lost now, unfortunately.

I'd try to know if maksbotan still has it.
