Нельзя ли сделать сообщение об ошибке более понятным?
[21.11.2013 19:13:51.311] [0x20a65d0] [398] void LeechCraft::LackMan::PackageProcessor::Remove(int) could not remove directory "/home/da/.leechcraft/data/azoth/styles/standard/darkness" → parent: "/home/da/.leechcraft/data/azoth/styles/standard" ; child node: "darkness"

А директоиря-то была? Непустая?
Была точно. Про пустоту забыл.
Просто "Could not remove directory darkness" гораздо важнее, чем "while removing package 219 for update to 314 got exception".
Сообщение об ошибке понятнее я уже сделал, см. колонку справа.
Too bad you've removed the directory, we cannot test the fixes now :(
