Chat is scrolled back after closing another tab

Description
1. Open a chat tab #1
2. Chat there enough for scrollbar to appear (and then some)
3. Open chat tab #2, next to this one
4. Close tab #2, making tab #1 active
5. See history scrolled a bit up

The patch was for another issue.
Is the formatting panel active and shown in either tab?

Nope, disabled globally.

Nothing seems to have changed.
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Target version set to 0.6.60
As sad as it is, I can see the reproducible occasionally :(
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
