"Third-party bug" is for issues stemming from third-party libraries, etc., not because of another LC component, even if it was the issue.
I'm still sure you're doing something wrong — LC-wide NAM works fine everywhere.

KQOauth intercepted QNAM passed to it. Having a separate QNAM for KQOauth fixed the issue (and a few others).
