Description
Tooltips overlap buttons, thus it's often impossible to click the button hidden behind the tooltip.
Expected result:
A tooltip somewhere near, but not exactly under the cursor.
Actual result:
Tooltip appears under the cursor sometimes.
STR:
Make sure LC isn't near any screen border and hover SB2 buttons.
