Description

Если в трансляции есть трек с русскими буквами, они отображаются кракозяблами.
Libtag c патчем rusxmms, в qmmp такой проблемы нет. Локальные файлы отображаются корректно.

Expected result:
Русский текст.

Actual result:
Кракозяблы.

Похоже, можно саму librcc использовать для перекодирования. Осталось подождать, пока ее запакетируют в генте.

А можешь дать стрим, где всегда все крякозяблами? А то я так и не дождался вставки между треками, да и наркомания это.

Well, this can't be fixed actually — seems like the stream itself is incorrect. Neither enca nor librcc nor libguess can handle this.

Feel free to reopen if you have more info or exact algorithms for solutions.
