Rework entity handler dialog

Description
Make "Browse" not an item in the combobox, but a pushbutton near it. Pressing on the pushbutton should not close the dialog, instead, the target directory selection dialog should popup and be used to select the save path. Until the user presses "OK" or "Cancel", the entity handler dialog should not close, and the chosen path should not be saved in the history.
