Focus is lost after autoopening new chat tab

Description
0. Enable "Open chat tab on new message", disable "Jump to new tab on open".
1. Open chat tab, start typing something.
2. If at this moment you got a new message, new chat tab opens in background; but everything you type after its opening ends up in input area of that background tab.

BTW reporting with Dolozhee adds the proper version info automatically.

Actually can't reproduce this on current HEAD (which is f0b63f0fbf74972af7ac7fbff5a7023433281669 ). Are you sure that:
- only these two settings affect this behavior, and
- this is still reproducible with HEAD?
