Touchstreams segfaults sometimes

Expected result:
There is no segfaults

Actual result:
There is segfaults

Added a guard for the probable segfault cause.

Could you take a look in warning.log | grep HandleTracks after some time and check if there are messages like "no album item for album ..."?
